Crab remoulade with a samphire, rocket, cucumber & ruby red grapefruit salad
Warm gooey Somerset Goat's cheese with caramelised fig, pomegranate seeds & molasses
MANGO SORBET (VE)
Tender fillet steak with Marzanino tomatoes & red onion in caramelised butter and garlic mushrooms. Served with fries and your choice of and beef dripping gravy or peppercorn sauce
Delightfully tender Iberico pork with butterbeans, chorizo and Mediterranean style vegetables. Served with creamed mascarpone potato
Trio of mushrooms in soy and mustard marinade, served with Piadina style bread, roasted chestnuts, Marzanino tomatoes and Tahini dressing. Served with fries
Herb marinated monkfish, salmon and shell on prawns served on Caponata with cumin and lemon. Served with sweet potato fries
